<p style="margin: 15px 0px 0px; text-align: left; text-indent: 32px; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">参加省直社会保险各单位、参保人：</span></p><p style="margin-top:15px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:32px;line-height:30px;background:white"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:&#39;微软雅黑&#39;,sans-serif;color:black">为进一步方便参保单位和参保人领取待遇，规范社保基金管理，根据《广东省人力资源和社会保障厅关于企业职工基本养老保险的经办规程》（粤人社规〔2019〕27号）规定，现就规范企业职工养老保险死亡待遇和个人账户一次性待遇发放方式有关事项通知如下：</span></p><p style="margin-top:15px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:32px;line-height:30px;background:white"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:&#39;微软雅黑&#39;,sans-serif;color:black">参保人的死亡待遇或退回的个人账户储存额优先发放至参保人社会保障卡或银行个人结算账户存折或借记卡。参保人已死亡且银行账户全部注销的，死亡待遇或退回的个人账户储存额发放至申报待遇的遗属银行个人结算账户存折或借记卡。</span></p><p style="margin-top:15px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:32px;line-height:30px;background:white"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:&#39;微软雅黑&#39;,sans-serif;color:black">本通知自2020年6月1日起实行。</span></p><p><br/></p>
